PRESIDENT
John Stroich
John is a BComm (Hons) graduate from the U of M – Asper School of Business. John holds the two highest designations in Commerical Real Estate the CPM® Designation (Certified Property Manager) through the Real Estate Institute of Canada and the CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) through the CCIM Institute.
John is a co-founder and CEO of LS Properties as well as numerous commercial income property joint ventures and partnerships. John has been acquiring and managing income properties for over 30 years. John began acquiring income properties as a young teen. His passion and interest in real estate has progressed and expanded through calculated acquisitions and strong management. John enjoys being involved in the community. He volunteers as a hockey coach with REMHA and is part owner of the Steinbach Pistons (MJHL) Hockey Club. Contact John at john@greenvalleymgmt.com
